Italian-style Chicken Dish
Heat the oil in a large pan or flameproof casserole and brown the chicken on both sides. Scatter over the remaining ingredients and pour in the wine.
Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and cook for about 35 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is almost tender.
Remove the cover and cook for about 15 minutes until the sauce is reduced by half and the chicken is browned. If the mixture seems too dry, add more wine.
