8 cups Penne
1 Tbsp olive oil
3.333 cups ground Meat
1 shallot (finely chopped)
1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
2 ¼ cups chopped Tomatoes (tinned)
1 tsp dried oregano
½ cup Parmesan (grated)
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
3 Tbsps Parmesan (shaves)

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and grease a baking tin with oil.
2.
Pre-cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
3.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat. Add the shallot and the garlic, fry for a few minutes and then stir in the tomatoes. Simmer on a medium heat for around 5 minutes and season with salt, ground black pepper and oregano.
4.
Mix together the pasta, meat sauce and the Parmesan and transfer to the prepared baking tin. Spread evenly and bake for around 25 minutes.
5.
Remove from the oven and serve garnished with rosemary and Parmesan cheese.
