- For the dough
- 3 ¾ cups Bread flour (plus extra for dusting)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsps sugar
- ¼ oz active dry yeast
- ⅛ cup olive oil
- ⅞ cup warm water
- For the topping
- ⅜ cup olive oil
- 2 tsps coarse salt
- 4 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
- 3 ½ ozs sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)

1 Skillet, 2 Small bowls, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Salad spinner, 1 Aluminum foil, 1 Citrus juicer
Preparation steps
1.
For the dough: line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.

Sift the flour and salt into a mixing bowl and add the sugar and yeast.
3.
Add the olive oil and water and mix to form a soft dough.
4.
Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 5–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased mixing bowl, cover and stand in a warm place for about 10-20 minutes until almost doubled in volume.

Knead the dough until smooth. Roll out into a 1cm|1/2" thick oval. Place on the baking tray, cover with greased cling film and leave for about 20 minutes to rise.

Heat the oven to180 ° C (160°fan) 350°F gas 4.

For the topping: press hollows into the dough with your thumbs. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with the salt, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and rosemary.
8.
Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
9.
Drizzle with the reserved oil from the sun-dried tomatoes and serve.
