- 2 Tbsps caster sugar
- ¾ cup Coconut milk
- Ghee (clarified butter), for frying

1 Small skillet, 1 Small baking dish, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Salad spinner
Preparation steps
1.
Bring 475 ml water to a boil and stir in the semolina. Boil until thickened, stirring continuously. Take off the heat and let cool.

Mix the rice flour with the yeast, sugar, cooled semolina paste and mix to a smooth dough. Add enough water to give the dough a thick pouring consistency. Let stand for 20 minutes.
3.
Heat the ghee in a skillet and fry the dough in portions (like pancakes). Garnish with spices to serve.
