- 4 scoops Ice cream (chocolate)
- 4 scoops Ice cream (current)
- 4 scoops Vanilla ice cream
- 400 grams mixed Berry (such as blackcurrants, bilberries, strawberries, raspberries and gooseberries)
- 2 Mandarin orange
- 1 Kiwi
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps powdered sugar
- Sparkling wine
- mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
For the fruit salad: Rinse the berries and pat dry. Peel and segment the tangerine. In a bowl, stir the berries with the tangerine, lemon juice and powdered sugar, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

For the ice cream: Divide the fruit salad between champagne flutes and fill with the sparkling wine. Place the scoops of ice cream on top. Peel and slice the kiwi, and cut the slices in half. Garnish the ice cream with the kiwi slices and mint leaves.
