- 1 kilogram Bell pepper (red, green, yellow)
- 600 grams Beefsteak tomato
- 150 grams onions
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and halve peppers lengthwise, remove seeds and ribs, cut into wide strips.
2.
Blanch tomatoes in hot water, rinse with cold water and peel. Remove stems and cut into wedges. Peel onions and halve, cut into thin half-rings.
3.
Heat oil in a wide pot and saute onions until soft. Sprinkle with paprika and saute briefly. Add peppers and tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and simmer on high heat for 3 minutes. Reduce temperature and simmer for about 20 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
