- 1 cup Orange juice
- 2 Tbsps low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
- 2 tsps grated ginger
- ½ tsp grated Lime zest
- ¼ tsp ground Red pepper
- 2 tsps Sesame seeds
- 12 boneless, skinless Chicken thigh

Preparation steps
1.
Place first 8 ingredients in a large resealable plastic storage bag. Rinse chicken under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels. Add chicken to bag and turn the bag to coat the chicken, marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Preheat oven broiler. Line a jelly-roll pan with foil; coat the foil with nonstick cooking spray.
3.
Remove chicken from refrigerator. Place chicken on prepared jelly-roll pan; broil 8 minutes on each side or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Serve.
