- 16 ozs ripe Tomatoes (skinned, seeds removed and roughly chopped)
- 4 Ice
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsps chopped Basil
- 2 Tbsps chopped Dill
- 1 red chili pepper (seeds removed and finely sliced; to garnish)
- 4 Tbsps natural Yogurt (to garnsih)

Preparation steps
1.
Place the tomatoes, ice cubes, herbs and chopped chilli in a blender and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
2.
Pour into glasses and garnish with the yoghurt, sliced chilli and dill fronds.
