1 pc ginger (4-6 cm)
3 sprigs Peppermint (with flowers and leaves)
1 sprig Lemon balm (with plenty of leaves)
10 fresh Rose petal
1 Organic orange

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the ginger and cut into thick slices. Rinse the peppermint and lemon balm. Rinse and peel the orange, remove the pith and cut the peel into thin strips.

Bring 1 liter of water to a boil (approximately 4 cups). Allow to cool slightly.

Add the peppermint, lemon balm, ginger and orange peel strips to a glass carafe (1 liter / 4 cups) and pour in the cooled water. Leave to steep for 20 minutes.

Shortly before serving, stir in the rose petals. Leave the ingredients in the glass carafe and serve lukewarm.
