3 slices white bread
150 grams unpeeled almonds
3 garlic cloves
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp White vinegar
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as parsley, chervil, basil, mint)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut off bread crust and soak bread in cold water.

2.

Combine almonds with boiling water, press nuts from peel and pat dry.

3.

Peel garlic. Squeeze white bread well and puree with garlic and almonds.

4.

Mix almond paste with olive oil and 800 ml (approximately 3 1/2 cup) of water.

5.

Season with vinegar, salt and pepper and add herbs, cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Pour into bowls and serve.
