- 3 Tbsps fresh mixed Fresh herbs (such as parsley, chervil, lemon balm, tarragon, basil, etc.)
- 150 grams low-fat Yogurt
- ⅛ l mineral water
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- white peppers
- mint (to decorate)

Preparation steps

Strongly whisk the yogurt and the mineral water. Rinse and drain the herbs, then finely chop. Mix the herbs and the lemon juice into the yogurt mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
