Preparation steps

1.
Quarter the pineapple and cut away the central woody core. Cut into long thin wedges. Trim the end off the carrots and courgette.
2.
Put a glass glass under the juicer spout. Press half the pineapple, carrots and courgette through the juicer.
3.
Remove glass of juice and put another glass under the juicer spout.
4.
Press the remaining pineapple, carrots and courgettes through the juicer and serve.
