Preparation steps
1.
Cut the pears in half, remove the cores and carefully cut four thin slices for the garnish.
2.
Peel the rest of the pears and roughly chop the flesh. Place the pear in a blender with the milk, aloe vera juice and honey.
3.
Blend until smooth then pour into glasses over ice and garnish with the pear slices.
