Creamy Fruit Milkshake
Put the cherries in a small pan with the sugar and water and gently heat, stirring from time to time, until the sugar has dissolved.
Simmer for 10 minutes then press the mixture through a sieve. Reserve about 2 tablespoons of the juice then put the remaining juice in a blender with the yoghurt and coconut milk.
Blend until smooth then pour into glasses. Swirl the reserved juice on top of the smoothies, garnish with cherries and serve immediately.
