- ⅔ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp grated Orange zest
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsps Chocolate chip

- 13 ozs Milk chocolate (30% cocoa solids)
- 10 Ice cream cone
- 10 round Chocolate biscuit

1 Cutting board, 1 Fine grater, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Bowl, 1 Plastic wrap, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Mini food processor, 1 canning jar (350 ml), 1 Melon baller
Preparation steps
1.
Beat together the ricotta, sugar, orange zest and vanilla. Stir in the chocolate chips and chill for at least 30 minutes.
2.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
3.
Pour sugar sprinkles onto a serving plate. Arrange the chocolate biscuits on top and drizzle with a little melted chocolate.
4.
Spoon the ricotta mixture into the ice cream cones and dip the cones into the melted chocolate to coat. Place the cones upside down on the biscuits.
5.
Sprinkle with sugar sprinkles and chill until set.
