- 4 Chicken breasts (each about 160 grams)
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 stems fresh Sage
- 12 slices ham (such as Parma ham)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and fold in half lengthwise. Unfold and flatten slightly. Season both sides with pepper and top with sage leaves. Fold breasts over sage, wrap with ham slices and tie with kitchen twine. Place rolls in a baking dish lined with parchment. Drizzle with olive oil and roast in the oven until golden brown, 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
3.
Before serving, remove kitchen twine and slice rolls.
