- 8 slices cooked ham (thin slices)
- For the salad
- 150 grams Crème fraiche
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- 250 grams cooked Rice
Preparation steps
1.
Combine creme fraiche, whipping cream, rice, lemon juice and chives. Season with salt and pepper.

Top ham slices with the rice mixture, roll and cut into 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) wide pieces. Insert a wooden skewer and serve.
