- 100 grams brown button Mushroom
- 1 shallot
- 2 Tbsps Canola oil
- 8 slices Bacon
- 4 slices Emmentaler cheese
- salt
- peppers
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 4 Croissant
Preparation steps

Trim mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Peel shallot and finely chop. Heat oil in a pan and fry shallots until soft, then add mushrooms and cook until no more liquid appears.

In a second pan fry bacon until crispy and brown. Remove bacon from pan. Place 2 slices tightly side-by-side back in the pan, cover with 1 slice of cheese, cover and melt cheese. Continue process until all bacon and cheese is used. Season mushrooms to taste with salt, pepper and parsley. Cut croissants lengthwise, cover with mushrooms, then bacon and cheese and place top on croissant. Serve immediately.
