- 1 kilogram mixed Ground meat
- 1 day-old White roll
- 4 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped marjoram
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 sour Apple
- 2 Bell pepper (red and green)
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- Nutmeg

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F) convection. Coat a baking dish with butter. Place the ground meat in a bowl and soak the roll in a little water. Tear roll into pieces and add to ground meat with 1 egg.

Peel the onion, chop finely and mix into the meat with the marjoram. Season with salt and pepper, spread evenly in the baking dish and press smooth.

Rinse the apple, peel, quarter and remove the core. Dice the flesh. Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, trim and cut into small cubes. Stir the cream with creme fraiche, fruit and vegetable cubes and remaining eggs. Mix until smooth and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
4.
Spread the mixture on the ground meat and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
