- 2 cups red Grape juice
- 10 leaves gelatin
- 4 Limes (juice)
- 2 cups white Grape juice

Preparation steps
1.
Put about 150ml2/3 cup of red grape juice into a small bowl. Add half the gelatine, pressing it down so the liquid covers it, and set aside for about 10 minutes to soften.

Heat half the remaining red grape juice in a small pan and bring to simmering point.

Remove from the heat. Squeeze out any excess water from the gelatine and whisk into the pan until completely dissolved.
4.
Mix the remaining red grape juice with the juice of 2 limes and the liquid from the squeezed gelatine.
5.
Whisk in the dissolved gelatine mixture and pour into serving glasses.
6.
Repeat the process with the white grape juice.
7.
Chill for at least 3 hours until set and decorate with lime zest and chopped grapes.
