2 Apricot (pitted and diced)

½ cup rolled oats
½ cup hot water
½ Mango (pitted and diced)
2 Tbsps canned pineapple chunks in syrup (drained)

Preparation steps

For the apricot and millet puree:

Combine the millet, water, and apricot in a food processor and leave to soak for 5 minutes until softened. Pulse a few times to combine and then scrape into a saucepan. Cook over a low heat, stirring frequently, for 3 - 4 minutes until soft, adding more water if necessary. Stir in a little formula or breast milk for a creamier consistency. Serve lukewarm or chill until needed.
