- 2 small red Pepperoncini
- 6 small round fresh Goat cheese (Crottin de Chavignol)
- 3 bay leaves
- 8 white peppercorns
- 500 milliliters best olive oil
Preparation steps

Rinse and pat dry the rosemary and thyme. Rinse the pepperoncini, slit lengthwise and remove seeds.

Place the goat cheese with herbs, pepperoncini, bay leaves and pepper into the glass jar. Pour in the olive oil so that all the ingredients get covered. Seal the glass jar with lid and place for about 1 week in a cool, dark place.
