- 4 conference Pear (halved and cores removed)
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- ¼ cup dried Cranberry
- ½ cup Maple syrup

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160 fan) | 350°F | gas 4.
2.
Divide the pear halves between two roasting trays. Dot with the butter and drizzle the maple syrup into the centre cavities. Roast for 25-30 minutes until they are soft.
3.
Sprinkle the dried cranberries into the centre cavities before serving.
