- 150 grams very fresh Salmon (cut into thin slices)
- 2 large Pickle
- 1 Beet (cooked)
- 4 Tbsps Pickling liquid
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 sprigs Dill
- 1 slice Black bread
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 100 grams Sour cream

Preparation steps

Cut black bread into small cubes and fry in butter. Cut beetroot and pickles into sticks. Rinse dill and pluck into small pieces.

Arrange salmon on 2 plates. Place beetroot in center of plates and add pickles. Sprinkle with dill. Mix pickling liquid with lemon juice and oil. Drizzle over plates and serve garnished with sour cream and croutons.
