- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 4 frankfurters
- 4 Bread roll
- American Mustard

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the onions, stirring until golden.
2.
Bring a pan of water to just below a simmer. Add the frankfurters and gently poach for 10 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
3.
Split open the rolls and divide the onions between them. Top with a frankfurter and then the mustard.
