2 Tbsps butter
125 milliliters dry white wine
1 Tbsp sugar
1 splash lemon juice
200 grams Foie gras (Foie gras)
cilantro (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry apples, core and cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) slices. Heat butter in a pan and saute apple slices for a few minutes. Deglaze pan with white wine and sprinkle with a little sugar. Simmer for about 5 mintues, season with a little lemon juice.

Remove from pan and let cool. Layer apple slices with foie gras on plates. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve as an appetizer.

3.

If desired, serve with fresh white bread.
