Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 160°C (140°C in a fan oven), 325°F, gas 3.

Roll out the filo pastry sheets approx. 2-3 cm/3/4" - 1" 1/4 thick and cut into strips as thick as the sausages. Brush with some egg yolk and roll around the sausage pieces. Brush again with egg yolk and milk.
3.
Place on a cookie sheet covered with waxed paper and bake in the middle of the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve with whole-grain mustard.
