- 1 ½ cups vegan cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped Celery
- freshly ground peppers
- 20 Basil
- 2 Tbsps Truffle oil
- To garnish
- Basil
- coarse Sea salt
- Nigella seeds

Preparation steps
1.
Slice the beetroot very thinly on a mandoline.
2.
Spread with a thin, even layer of cheese and place a basil leaf on top of each slice.
3.
Sprinkle with celery and season with pepper.
4.
Roll up the beetroot slices and place each on a basil leaf on a serving plate. Drizzle with truffle oil.
5.
Sprinkle with sea salt and nigella seeds and garnish with extra basil, salt and nigella seeds.
