2 centiliters Rum
50 grams sugar
50 grams butter
2 eggs
75 grams Pastry flour
50 milliliters milk

Preparation steps

Butter 4 ramekins.

Peel apples, quarter and core, cut into small cubes. Mix with lemon juice, almonds, cinnamon, rum and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Separate eggs. Whisk remaining sugar with butter until foamy, gradually add egg yolks. Add flour and milk, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Add apples and place batter into ramekins.

Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve.
