- ¼ cup dried onions (flakes)
- kosher salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Iceberg lettuce
- 8 slices white Bread

Preparation steps

In a bowl, gently mix the eggs, mayonnaise, onion flakes, salt, pepper, mustard powder and garlic powder.

Assemble by spreading equal amounts of egg salad on 4 slices bread; layer with lettuce and top with remaining bread slices. Serve.
