In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Set aside 3 tablespoons of crumbs for topping. Firmly press the remaining crumbs onto bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in freezer for 15 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine gelatin and sugar. Bring lime juice to a boil and pour over gelatin mixture, stirring until gelatin dissolves completely, about 5 minutes. Add in rum and lime zest, stir to blend.
Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until light; add yogurt, beating until creamy. Slowly pour in gelatin mixture and continue beating until thoroughly incorporated.
Pour onto prepared crust. Chill for at least 3 hours. Prior to serving sprinkle with reserved crumbs and garnish with lime slices.
