6 ozs cream cheese
1 shallot
1 Tbsp scallions
1 pinch ground paprika

3 ozs Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 bunches chopped Cress

Preparation steps

Peel the hardboiled eggs. Cut in half lengthwise and remove yolks. Place the yolks in a bowl and finely mash with a fork. Stir in the Greek yogurt and cream cheese. Peel and finely chop the shallot. Stir the shallot, chives, and paprika into the egg yolks and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Dip the bottom half of the egg whites into the low fat yogurt. Dip into the cress to coat. Place on a serving dish. Use an ice cream scoop to form small balls of the egg yolk mixture and place in the egg white halves. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
