8 hard-boiled eggs
4 tablespoons Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil (cold-pressed)
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 teaspoon ground paprika (sweet)
black olives (pitted and sliced)
1 piece Red Bell pepper (cut into small pieces)
2 parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Peel hard-boiled eggs, halve and remove yolk. Mash yolks and mix yolks, yogurt, oil, salt, pepper and paprika until smooth and creamy. Arrange egg white halves on a tray.

2.

Place yolk mixture in a pastry bag with a star tip and pipe into egg white halves. To serve, garnish with olives, red pepper and parsley.
