- 4 Corn
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 Tbsp Turmeric
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter
- 400 milliliters unsweetened Coconut milk (canned)
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp minced cilantro
- cilantro (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Shuck corn and cut into thick slices. Peel and chop onion and garlic.
2.
Heat clarified butter in a large skillet. Add onions, garlic and corn and sauté a few minutes. Sprinkle with curry and turmeric. Add coconut milk and bring to a boil. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and stir in minced cilantro.
3.
Divide curried corn among bowls and serve sprinkled with cilantro leaves.
