Fresh lemon juice not only rounds off the taste of many dishes, but also supports the immune system with its vitamin C content and promotes wound healing. - 150 grams ham
- 100 grams butter
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps Cognac
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- 8 slices Cracker
- Cucumber
Preparation steps
Rinse chives and chop coarsely. Chop ham roughly and puree with chives, butter, mustard, cream and cognac. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Spread cream on crackers and cucumber slices (or serve crackers alongside a bowl filled with herbed cream), place on a serving dish and serve.
