- For the crab
- 4 Rock crabs
- 1 pc ginger (about 3 cm or 1 inch)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 stem Lemongrass
- 4 Tbsps light soy sauce

- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped cilantro
- 1 lemon (juice)

Preparation steps

Pour approximately 4 liters of water into a large pot. Cut the ginger into slices. Peel the garlic and also cut into slices. Rinse and halve the chile. Rinse the lemon and squeeze the juice, keeping the peel. Put all the prepared ingredients into the water with the soy sauce and bring to a boil. Cook for about 5 minutes, then reduce the heat and place the crabs in the boiling water. Cook until done, about 15-20 minutes.

Remove the crab from the pot and gently crack using a small hammer or a lobster cracker.

Rinse the chilies, cut in half, trim and chop. Peel the garlic, chop finely and fry briefly with the chile in hot oil. Add the crab and the cilantro to the pan, drizzle with the lemon juice and serve on plates.
