- 4 Rock crabs (each about 250 grams)
- 2 shallots (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Pepperoncini
- 6 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp Curry powder
- ½ bunch scallions
- 2 Tbsps Fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps Rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 1 Kaffir lime juice
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- Coriander (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the crabs and remove the claws. Twist the heads to remove from the body.
2.
Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
3.
Rine the peperoncini, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into strips.
4.
Sauté the shallot, garlic and peperoncini in oil. Add the crabs and sprinkle with curry. Rinse the scallions and cut into rings. Add to the crab. Add the fish sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and lime juice.
5.
Peel and finely chop the lime. Mix with sugar and add to the crabs. Simmer about 5 minutes. Serve garnished with coriander.
