- 2 Corn (cooked)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ red chili pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Agave syrup
- 4 handfuls Wild herb
- 2 Tomatoes

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the corn into thick slices, brush with a little oil, season with salt and pepper and cook on a hot grill until a grill pattern appears.
2.
For the dressing, rinse and trim the chile pepper and finely chop. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix both with the remaining oil, the lemon juice, vinegar and agave syrup and season with salt and pepper to taste.
3.
Rinse the herbs, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Rinse, quarter and dice the tomatoes.
4.
Arrange all the salad ingredients on plates and drizzle with the dressing.
Serve with the grilled corn placed on top.
