- 2 Tbsps runny honey
- 1 ¾ cups natural Yogurt
- 2 Peaches (peeled, halved, stones removed, sliced)
- 8 Ladyfinger (roughly broken)
- 4 Tbsps Dessert wine (or sherry)
- ⅔ cup Raspberries
- 1 Tbsp toasted slivered almonds

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the honey with yogurt.
2.
Put a spoonful of yogurt into the base of 4 glass dishes. Arrange some peach slices on top.
3.
Place some sponge fingers on top and drizzle over the dessert wine or sherry. Spoon over the rest of the yogurt.
4.
Top with the rest of the peach slices. Finish with the raspberries and toasted flaked almonds.
