- 300 grams colorful Farfalle
- salt
- 1 lg can red Beans
- 200 grams Mortadella
- 2 red onions
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- 5 Pickled cucumbers
- For the sauce
- 5 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsps milk
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat) (1.5% fat)
- White vinegar (to taste)
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- peppers
- green Pepperoncini (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain beans. Cut mortadella into strips. Peel onions and cut into rings. Rinse tomatoes and cut into slices. Drain cucumbers, reserving the liquid, and cut into slices.
2.
Drain pasta and mix with all salad ingredients.
3.
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise with milk and yogurt until smooth. Add cucumber liquid, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Mix with salad ingredients. Garnish with pepperoncini.
