- For the soup
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 sugar
- 2 splashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 100 grams Sour cream
- 350 milliliters Buttermilk
- salt

- 1 Tbsp Dill (chopped)
- For serving

Preparation steps

For the soup: Peel cucumber and coarsely chop. Peel garlic clove and add along with the cucumber cubes, sour cream and dill to a blender and puree. Stir in buttermilk and season with sugar, Tabasco sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

To serve: Transfer to plates and serve garnished to taste with sour cream, pepper and dill.
