- 4 scoops Vanilla ice cream
- 600 milliliters iced Coffee
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- brown sugar
- Coffee bean

Preparation steps
1.
Put 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in a tall glass.
2.
Pour the iced coffee (sweetened if desired) over the ice cream.
3.
Whip the heavy cream until stiff and decoratively pipe on top of the coffee with a pastry bag.
4.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and garnish with a coffee bean. Serve with a straw.
