0.333 cup butter
cup sugar
2 eggs
2 ¼ cups drained Cottage cheese
½ packet Custard powder
1 pinch Baking powder
½ tsp grated lemon zest
1 pinch salt
4 Tbsps Almond liqueur
1 Vanilla bean (seeds and paste)
cocoa powder

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 kleine Bowl, 1 Grill pan, 1 brush, 1 Brush, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Fine grater, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Bowl, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Sieve, 1 flache rechteckige Casserole dish, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Grilling tongs, 1 Mini food processor

Preparation steps

For the base: grind the sponge fingers in a food processor finely. Mix with the remaining ingredients for the base to form a dough. Wrap in cling film and chill for 1 hour.

Heat the oven to 170°C (150° fan) 300°F gas 3. Butter a 28 cm|11" deep springform tart tin

For the filling: beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs, cheese, custard powder, baking powder, lemon zest and salt. Stir in the liqueur and vanilla seeds and paste.
4.
Spoon the mixture into the pastry case and bake for 45 minutes until the filling is set.
5.
Cool in the tin and remove when cold. Place a stencil on the top and sift over a thick layer of cocoa powder. Remove the stencil.
