- ½ cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 2 tsps Dijon mustard
- 2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp Tabasco sauce
- kosher salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 32 ozs ground Beef
- 1.333 cups fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ cup Ketchup
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 4 tsps Cider vinegar
Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 175 degrees C. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Fold a piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil into a 10? by 6? rectangle and set aside (you will place the meatloaf on this later).

In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, Italian seasoning, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, with your hands mix together the beef, bread crumbs, onion, garlic and the egg mixture until combined. Turn it out onto the prepared foil rectangle and shape the meat into an evenly thick loaf about 2? tall and 1? smaller than the foil on all sides. Transfer the foil with the meatloaf onto the wire rack.

Stir the ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar together and brush half of this mixture onto the meatloaf. Bake the meatloaf for 45 minutes. Brush with remaining ketchup glaze and continue to bake until cooked through, about 20 minutes longer. Let rest at least 20 minutes before slicing into 1? thick pieces.
