Classic Italian Flatbread Pizza

Heat the oven to 240°C (220°C in a fan oven), 475°F, gas 9 and place the pizza base on a baking tray lined with grease-proof paper.
Spread the tomato sauce onto the base leaving a 2 cm wide edge free. Place the tomato slices on top and season with salt, ground black pepper and a pinch of sugar.
Add the olives and then bake the pizza in the lower part of the oven for 20 minutes until crispy. Sprinkle with the cheese and oregano, drizzle with the olive oil and serve immediately.
