2 large Tomatoes
2 scoops Mozzarella
1 bunch Basil
4 slices Honey ham
olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse tomatoes, remove stalks and cut into slices.

Cut mozzarella into slices.

3.

Pluck basil leaves.

4.

Top ciabatta with tomatoes and mozzarella, drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle basil on top. Serve topped with ham.
