- ⅓ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 5 ozs Digestive biscuit (crushed to crumbs)
- 16 ozs dulce de leche
- 3 Banana (thinly sliced)
- ⅞ cup Crème fraiche
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsps powdered sugar
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 3 ½ ozs Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the butter and biscuit crumbs and press about 2 tablespoonfuls into the bases of 8 ramekins. Chill for 10 minutes.
2.
Spread the dulce de leche over the biscuit bases. Cover the dulce de leche with a layer of sliced bananas.
3.
Mix together the creme fraiche, yoghurt, icing sugar and vanilla and spoon over the sliced bananas. Chill until firm.
4.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
5.
Spoon the chocolate carefully over the top of the cream and leave to set.
