2 cups Strawberries (quartered)
½ Cucumber (peeled and diced)
½ unwaxed lemon (juice)
1.333 cups plain Yogurt
honey (to taste)
mint (to garnish)

Preparation steps

Blend the watermelon, strawberries (reserving 4 tbsp for garnish) and cucumber with the lemon juice and yoghurt to a fine purée. Season to taste with salt, ground black pepper and honey. Chill for at least 1 hour.

Serve in glasses, garnished with the reserved strawberries and with mint.
