- ⅔ cup Watermelon (deseeded and diced)
- 2 cups Strawberries (quartered)
- ½ Cucumber (peeled and diced)
- ½ unwaxed lemon (juice)
- 1 ⅓ cups plain Yogurt
- honey (to taste)
- mint (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Blend the watermelon, strawberries (reserving 4 tbsp for garnish) and cucumber with the lemon juice and yoghurt to a fine purée. Season to taste with salt, ground black pepper and honey. Chill for at least 1 hour.
2.
Serve in glasses, garnished with the reserved strawberries and with mint.
