- 1 Cucumber (chopped, some set aside to garnish)
- 1 shallot (diced)
- 1 bunch parsley (leaves chopped)
- 1 bunch Dill (leaves chopped)
- 1 sprig Basil (leaves chopped)
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 1 ⅓ cups natural Yogurt
- Dill (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Puree together the cucumber, shallot, herbs and stock. Add the yogurt, puree again and season with salt and ground black pepper. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours.

Serve in bowls or glasses garnished with cucumber, dill and paprika.
