- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 100 grams Yogurt (low-fat)
- 100 milliliters Sour cream
- 1 tsp Canola oil

Rinse and dry the chicken breast, then halve lengthwise. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil then sprinkle with the herbs, salt, and pepper. Let rest for 10 minutes.
For the salad, rinse, peel, and slice the cucumber. Rinse and trim the peppers. Remove the seeds, quarter, and julienne. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Mix everything together until thoroughly combined.
For the dressing, mix the yogurt with the sour cream, canola oil, and vinegar. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and 1 pinch of sugar. Mix the dressing with the vegetables, and let marinate together.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan. Place the chicken on skewers, and cook on all sides until golden brown. Serve the chicken skewers on plates with the cucumber salad.
